THE ET-18000:

Our top-of-the-line model, the ET-18000, includes 2 wireless microphones and comes preloaded with over 2000 English songs. The unit has a frequency range of 35-50 feet and is perfect for big venues. The ET-18000 also has great features, sets up within minutes and you can add more songs by choosing from our wide selection of song chips. Please choose among the following packages:




Terms and Conditions:

1. A $150 deposit is required for the rental. The deposit will be REFUNDED IN FULL upon the return of the system in the same condition it was received (complete accessories and components included and in GOOD WORKING CONDITION). Should the system be returned with damage/s or missing accessories and components, the cost for having the unit repaired or the missing components replaced, will be deducted from your refund. The $150 deposit would be authorized to be put on hold on your account for 7 business days until the merchandise is returned to us, which it will be then reversed. 2. The term for the equipment rental begins on the date that the equipment has arrived to the ship-to location and will continue on for the amount of time agreed upon by the customer and Magic Microphones, Inc. In any case that the item/s are retained by the customer after the rental schedule has expired, Magic Microphones, Inc. reserves the right to charge the customer the daily rental rate for each day that the item/s are under his/her care. A return label is included in every rental, which should be used on the package and dropped off at the nearest UPS location. We will be tracking the date that the item/s was sent back to us. 3. All items inspected by Magic Microphones, Inc. are sent out in good working condition. All equipment shall be returned in the same condition as when delivered to the customer, with all components included, plus any and all packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories, at the end of the rental period. 4. All faulty/defective items must be reported to us within 24 hours upon receipt so we can arrange for a replacement of faulty/defective part/s. 4.1. Magic Microphones, Inc. will provide routine diagnostic and maintenance services on the equipment, as follows: a. In the event that Customer is experiencing a problem with the equipment, the customer should call Magic Microphones, Inc. Customer Service at 1-866-321-7464, between 8:00am-5:00pm PST (Mon-Fri only), for troubleshooting. For calls after business hours, please leave a message with our answering service and we will respond to you on the next business day. b. Magic Microphones, Inc. will use all commercially reasonable efforts to identify and correct the problem with the equipment. If the equipment cannot be fixed, Magic Microphones, Inc will replace the defective equipment with the same or like model. 5. The customer shall bear the entire risk of loss, damage, destruction or theft of the equipment from ALL causes whatsoever, including acts of God, whether or not due to the fault of the customer, during the term of the lease, until returned to Magic Microphones, Inc. In the event of loss, damage or destruction of any item of equipment, the customer, at its sole expense, and at Magic Microphones, Inc.'s option, shall (a) repair the equipment, returning it to its previous condition, unless damaged beyond repair, (b) pay Magic Microphones, Inc.’s cost to repair the equipment (in the case of damage) or (c) pay the current market value of the equipment (in the case of loss or destruction). 6. Magic Microphones, Inc. is giving the customer the option to purchase the rental product AS IS at a discounted price, with the amount paid for the rental taken into consideration. The purchase of a BRAND NEW PRODUCT, however, is separately conducted. Any discount for the purchase of a BRAND NEW PRODUCT does not include deduction of the rental fee. 7. Customer should be familiar with the products and should ask all necessary questions before proceeding to rent the equipment. Magic Microphones, Inc. will not be liable for any dissatisfaction or misconception of the customer about the product. A user’s manual will be provided for every rental. Technical support will be available during our normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm PST). 8. We are not responsible for any service delays that could occur with shipping with UPS or the United States Postal Service. Adverse weather conditions and train delays with the shipping couriers we use are beyond our control. A correct shipping address is also necessary. We will verify your address before we send out any merchandise and we will not be liable for missing apartment numbers, incorrect street addresses, zip codes and the like. Please make sure that all necessary information is given and verified before renting. If for any reason, UPS Ground Shipping or USPS Priority Mail Shipping fails to deliver the product on time, we will gladly refund the cost of the rental MINUS the shipping price. If you paid expedited shipping (UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air), we will refund you the full amount of the rental including the amount you paid for shipping. 9. Some of the music in our collection contains material that may be offensive to some individuals. It is the responsibility of the renter/s administrating the event in which the equipment is being used at, to make sure that such material is not inappropriate for the event. Magic Microphones, Inc. is not liable for any malfunction of the equipment during the rental period.
