Policies

Returns

We will gladly refund any merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Returns must be accompanied with the original invoice. Any merchandise returned must be in its original box with all items present. There is a standard 15% restocking fee on all refunds. Shipping is non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, you will be charged for the shipping on all returns. Any merchandise that is returned with missing part(s) will be charged for the full replacement of the missing or damaged part(s). In addition, there will be a 30% restocking fee on any missing or damaged part(s).

Exchanges

We will gladly replace any merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your package if you are not satisfied with your merchandise. Exchanges must be accompanied with the original invoice. All exchanges must be in its original condition including all the items. Exchanges are subject to management approval. If you received free shipping on your initial order, you will be charged for shipping and handling on your exchange shipment.

Warranty Claims

The Magic Microphones and its accessories carry a ONE YEAR manufacturer's limited warranty from the date of purchase. Manufacturer's warranty includes only parts and labor. This warranty does not apply to any product that has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence, or accident. Defects caused by tampering, unauthorized alterations or repairs and/or use of the product other than originally intended for are not covered by the warranty. Any defective product will be repaired or replaced with the same or like model. If return of the product is required, carefully repack it in its original packaging, along with the proof of purchase and a brief explanation of the problem. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges on return for warranty items. Warranty is subject to management approval. On select items, customers may need to ship the defective unit directly to the manufacturer for warranty repairs.

Shipping

Free Same-Day shipping to all 50 States for orders over $99+! All orders that are received by 3pm PST will be shipped on the same business day! Most orders will be received within 1-5 business days in the US. Free shipping is via UPS Ground to the 50 states.

Exceptions to UPS Guaranteed Delivery
The guarantee does not apply to UPS shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond UPS's control, including but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God; adverse weather conditions; acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority; acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities; insufficient information provided by a customer; the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the shipment; riots, strikes or other labor disputes; civil unrest; disruptions in air or ground transportation networks; and natural disasters. UPS shipping guarantees will not apply to commercial and residential Ground shipments that are picked up or scheduled to be delivered between December 12 and December 24.  Please note you are bound by the terms and conditions of UPS.  If UPS agrees that you are intitled to a refund based on their conditions, we will credit you for the shipping fee.  Please allow 2 weeks for credit to be issued.  Magic Microphones, Inc. will not be liable for any late deliveries

Military Addresses: will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and the customer must pay shipping. Average shipping cost to Military Addresses is $25 for a Magic Microphone. International shipping: Shipping charges vary depending on your location. Average shipping to any country is $60. For international orders, we will ship your order via USPS Global Express. Typically, you will receive your order within 5-7 Business Days. You can place your order via our website and we will email you a shipping quote.

Rush Shipments: If you would like UPS NEXT DAY AIR, 2ND DAY AIR, OR 3 DAY SELECT for any US destination, simply choose the appropriate button during check-out. Otherwise, we will ship your order via UPS ground. You can place your order via our website and we will email you a shipping quote.

Privacy Policy/Conditions of Use: We hold our customer information in the strictest of confidence. We will not release customer data to anyone for any reason. We collect the usual transactional information required to properly fulfill your order. This information will only be used by our staff for the purpose of fulfilling your order(s). We will never sell any of our customers’ information to a third party company. No credit card information is stored on our server and is sent to our credit card processor over a 128-bit secure socket layer connection.
